1-arm KB snatch; 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 each hand
Box jumps; 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 

Supersets of:
Goblet squats; 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 
Double KB clean; 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 

3 sets of:
Crunches; max reps (45-22-16)

Finished in 17:51; slower than last time, but with more crunches.
