Couldn’t get on an Olympic rack to do cleans, so I did this… which was also disappointing.

This was my first 5-3-1 day that involved 5-3-1+ reps, and I was definitely frustrated that I couldn’t even get a third rep at 185. But then, I’d been doing 185 first under the old system so… it is what it is. Deloading is next for these movements.
