OK, it’s not exactly week 2, but you get the idea and I’m not gonna try to come up with a new naming convention.
Superset x 4 of:
1-arm KB clean and press, 5 per hand
Max pull-ups, changing grip each round (21-15-9-8)
Superset x 3 of:
Walking KB lunges, 12 each hand
Max push-ups (26-17-14)
3 sets of:
Hand-to-hand KB swings x 20
Run for 5 minutes
Finished faster than last time at 23:20, and got in more reps on both the pull-ups and the push-ups. Slower than last year, still, but I’ll take this progress.
