		<description><![CDATA[Yup, that&#039;s what I did with the final farmers walk each round, and it was good. I&#039;d like to give it a go with the rack walk next, but I need to get the overhead walk down with the single 53 before I go for it with the double. 

Doing all those clean and jerks with the 53 last week made me feel better about getting that bell over my head, though, so I really should give it a go soon.]]></description>
