My name’s Jim DelRosso, and I’m using this blog to track my workouts. Said workouts used to be the scaled versions of the CrossFit Workouts of the Day provided by the excellent folks at CrossFit BrandX, and then programming based on that provided by the equally awesome Clea at the now sadly defunct CrossFit Ithaca. Nowadays, I’m doing my own thing, drawing variously on stuff from Crossfit Virtuosity, Crossfit South Brooklyn, the Greyskull Barbell Club, and others.
The title comes from the format I frequently used for the subject headers of emails describing my workouts to friends, e.g. “Jim vs. Nicole” or “Jim vs. Burpees”.
