That’s one I’ve become familiar with. This one, though, I made up just for today:
10, 8, 6, 4, 2 of:
1-arm kettlebell swings, right hand (53lb)
1-arm kettlebell swings, left hand (53lb)
sandbag clean & press (50lb)
All I can say is, ooof. Those KB swings got brutal towards the end, and by the second round of the sandbag work I needed to break my sets up. But I got through it in 5:55, which feels respectable. Wonder if I’ll be able to get that down under five minutes?
