Somewhat humbling day.

Those results were almost identical to what I got last July when I did this; one rep moved from set#3 to set #2. So, no progress, really.
1 mile run: 9:05
Almost a minute slower than my PR; not surprising, since I haven’t done a full mile run since I wrapped up Murph last October.
So, that’s where I’m at with these. Glad, at least, that I didn’t take today off.
