No, these progressions aren’t somehow more linear. I don’t think the wording’s all that ambiguous, people.

No problems anywhere along the line. Both fell into the well-remembered pattern of the second or third set feeling hardest, which makes me feel good about getting at least 2-3 more weeks out of the shoulder press. I should hope to get at least another three-and-a-half months out of the back squat, if not more.
