I’m not a fan of the overhead squat. I’m getting more comfortable with them, but I’m still not enjoying them.

That last set was easily the heaviest load I’ve done on this exercise, and while I’m not sure I got below parallel on all three reps, I got down to parallel and managed not to have to dump the bar. So, y’know, I’ll take the win.
I’d wanted to do some muscle-up progressions for my follow-up work, but I managed to forget to bring the rings to the gym. Instead, in what might well have been an act of self-punishment, I tackled Grace again.

I used 95lbs this go-round, and finished in 6:07. for those keeping track at home, that’s 10lbs heavier than last time, and I finished 41 seconds faster. Rock.
